Beatnik Biker Milestone
At least a small one of sorts…
This is the 100th post to the blog! So I just thought I would do a little celebrating.
Although I would love to enjoy a celebratory ride later today, it looks like that may be out of the question as the forecast calls for rain. Or actually continued rain. As well as continuing rain through the weekend. So riding may be out for a few days.
At least I know that I have a short ride planned to the northern edge of the Big Bend country late next week. Will be going to Alpine, Marfa, Fort Davis and Marathon. So at least I have that to look forward to.
I keep reading on others blogs how they are ready for winter to end so they can get back on their bikes. Winter, at least for the time being, has been over in most of Texas for a while now and we have been enjoying some great riding weather.
I guess this rainy weather is just so that we don’t get too spoiled!
