Spring in Texas means bluebonnets

Spring in Texas means that the bluebonnets will be out. Usually, we find them more south, towards the Hill Country. But with all the recent rain, they are popping up all around.

The patch in the pics is near a farm house that is about 15 miles south of Snyder. We stopped there on our trip home this past Sunday. I knew the bluebonnets were there as I had seen them earlier in the week on a business trip. And since I don’t think I have ever posted any pics of our bikes, this post serves as a double whammy!

Both bikes are H-D 1200 Custom Sportsters. The white one is an ’04 and the blue one is an ’06.

That was just in case you wanted to know.

About Ronn

More to follow in this space. I am just a guy who is interested in motorcycles. I currently ride an '04 HD Heritage Softail Classic (I traded in my '06 HD XL 1200 C in February 2008). I started this site because I am just arrogant enough to think that I can put together a site that appeals to a wide, cross-section of riders on several different levels. I hope you find it interesting, provocative (just really wanted to use that word :-) and fun and that you will encourage others to visit as well. Thanks!
