The Register is preparing an article about the growing number of women riding motorcycles for fun and for daily transportation.*
We invite you to share your own motorcycle photos — especially photos of you riding your motorcycle.
Share your photos by uploading them at DesMoinesRegister.com/pix. Be sure to include information on where the photo was taken, plus your name and the town you live in — and any motorcycle stories, tips or good riding locations you want to share.
*Nationally, about 10 percent of motorcycle operators are women, while Iowa’s figure is 11.3 percent, represneting 26,652 Iowa women with motorcycle licenses, according to the Iowa Department of Transportation.
