Arai ranks highest in J.D. Power Customer Satisfaction report
From a May 30, 2007 press release from J.D. Power and Associates, Arai helmets were ranked the highest in Customer Satisfaction for the ninth consecutive year. You can view the entire press release here.
Shoei helmets were a very close second followed by Scorpion in third.
The study also reports that the average price for a helmet in 2007 rose to $203, compared to the average price in 2006 or $187. This price increase is mainly attributed to an increase in sales of higher priced full-face and convertible type helmets.
