The documents, ‘Executive Orders”, have to do with meeting emissions and air quality requirements in California. They also list the H-D models they pertain to for the different engine sizes.

Interesting to me were the XL 1200 Custom Anniversary and XL 1200 Lowrider Anniversary models. Primarily because I ride a 2006 XL 1200 Custom.
It also appears that their may be a Fat Boy Anniversary model as well as other goodies in there.
